  2. Mold Design & Fabrication

    Using advanced CAM software, we design and cut precision steel or aluminum molds. Our in-house tooling department ensures tight tolerances and allows for rapid adjustments during the sampling phase.

  3. Material Selection & Preparation

    We help select the optimal resin for your application requirements. Materials are strictly controlled, dried to exact specifications, and blended with colorants or additives using automated gravimetric blenders.

  4. Scientific Injection Molding

    We utilize decoupled molding techniques to establish a robust, repeatable process. By controlling the process from the plastics point of view, we guarantee consistent part dimensions and physical properties.

    Parts are inspected inline using vision systems and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Statistical Process Control (SPC) data is monitored in real-time to ensure zero-defect production.
